In case you haven’t been following my stream (which to be fair, unless you’re one of like 20 people I’d say this applies to you by default)
I’ve been going pretty HARD on PALWORLD now for about 2 weeks and I gotta say… I LOVE IT. It’s fun and refreshing and exciting. A nice mixture of survival meets pokemon. I had a few minutes this morning and decided to give it a little review, no big deal, but that’s all. I also noticed that MORTAL KOMBAT II has a trailer out so be prepared for a REAKT video on that probably later today. Have a good one!
SO MANY THINGS TO SEE AND DO!
Capture and Collect Pals – Find, befriend, and collect a wide variety of cute, unique creatures with different abilities.
Crafting & Building – Gather resources to craft tools, weapons, gadgets, and build your own home or factory.
Farming & Agriculture – Plant crops, raise livestock, and automate food production with the help of your Pals.
Open-World Exploration – Roam diverse biomes, uncover hidden treasures, and encounter rare Pals.
Co-op Multiplayer – Team up with friends online to explore, battle, and build together.
Battle & Combat – Engage in action-packed combat using your Pals’ abilities, weapons, and strategies.
Flying, Swimming, and Riding Pals – Use Pals to traverse the world faster, reach new areas, or explore vertical landscapes.
Survival & Adventure – Survive harsh weather, hostile creatures, and environmental hazards while exploring.
Quests & Challenges – Complete missions, side quests, and special events to earn rewards and unlock rare Pals.
Customization – Personalize your character, home base, and even some Pals for a truly unique experience.
The grind is defintiely real as with any survival game. But overall for $30 I’d Absolutely recommend checking it out! Might even be free on GAME PASS. Here’s my Review since I just decided I should probably ACTUALLY rate it:
-Fun: 10/10
-Replay Value: 8/10 *The best part is thast the game with drastically change as it moves from open beta to full release
-Game Mechanics: 9/10 – Not clunky, feels pretty streamlined, no issues other than glitches/crashes
-Story: ummmmmmmm……….. There really ISN’T one yet, I’m too lazy to read and find all the diary entries so I’d say just watch a youtbue video on it if you’re curious
OVERALL: I’d say a solid 8.5/10 with no where left to go but up!
