Oh snap. January kicks off the first MEME Round Up of 2026–and the first one officially living on the dot com—which honestly makes this dumb little tradition feel weirdly momentous. I definitely dropped the ball and didn’t do either of the two for DECEMBER. I do apologize for that but full disclosure it has been hectic even though I didn’t want to overcommit I did bit off a little more than I can chew by deciding to migrate during the christmas season.
For those of you who dont know– Once a month I dump the best memes I hoarded over the previous thirty days: the unhinged, the perfectly timed, the “why does this exist” stuff that made scrolling tolerable. There’s no deeper thesis here, just a curated snapshot of internet nonsense as it actually happened. If the year’s going to be on fire anyway, we might as well start it by laughing at the most ridiculous parts of it.
